Guest Ratings & Reviews
While the hotel's cleanliness and beauty were impressive, the rooms were uncomfortable, washrooms unclean, and there was a constant knocking sound from the floors above. If planning a visit to Jaipur, consider giving Golden Tulip a try.
The hotel has a very well furnished touch with smooth elevator access for a seamless check-in and check-out experience at the back of the hotel. However, the rooms were smelling of dampness, which was not as pleasant as expected.
The hotel had excellent hospitality just below the buzzing f bar disco throughout the night. The rooms were small, dingy, and shapeless with only one window facing the reception hall, so there was no daylight available. The service was incredibly courteous and well-groomed, especially the senior staff, making it a pleasant experience. The location was amazing, close to popular attractions like Hawa Mahal and with good connectivity to the entire city, despite some issues with English skills among the reception staff. The dining experience was described as very delicious, particularly the South Indian food at Marigold Restaurant. Overall, a place with a good location and tasty food but lacking natural light in the rooms and a noisy surrounding disco.
The hotel offers enormous rooms that are clean but in poor condition compared to the lavishly done lobby. Given the price, the rooms are just average, falling short of being a value for money choice. The staff, particularly Himani in customer relations, goes out of their way to ensure satisfaction, although some seem rehearsed in their responses. The location is convenient, close to popular tourist spots like Hawa Mahal, City Palace, and great shopping markets, making it ideal for families. The dining options are limited but have good vegetarian selections. The hotel provides various services, such as room service and shuttle options.
My stay at the hotel was comfortable with good room amenities, although there were issues with room availability at first. The location was convenient for both the railway station and the airport. The dining experience offered a variety of choices, and the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel rooms are awesome, comfortable, and highly tech-savvy, but a bit small compared to the price and hotel category. The service was efficient and pleasant, making our stay a real treat. The location is fabulous, with easy access to local amenities. The dining experience was wonderful, with perfect food and attentive staff. The facilities are top-notch, offering great value for money.
The hotel is situated in a central location, providing good connectivity throughout the city. While it offers the right place to stay in Jaipur, the rooms felt quite claustrophobic due to the lower ceiling height. The dining experience was decent but not exceptional, especially at the Marigold restaurant. On the bright side, the facilities are well-maintained, and the hotel is at a center location.
